World Food ChampionshipThe Black Pig takes 6th at  WORLD FOOD CHAMPIONSHIP

Long story short, a Reserve Grand Champion in the Recipe Division got us into the final table at the 2012 World Food Championship hosted by Adam Richman star of Man vs Food and we placed 6th in the world - AWESOME

5th Best Whole Hog in the World

The Black Pig BBQ takes 5th at Memphis in May
 
What a great start for 2012 we took a top 10 position at the prestigious Pork World Championship

With special thanks of the Canadian Consulate we were able to import our Willowgrove Hill pigs to snag 5th place trophy.

Back to the Jack for 2011 and how great it was to be up on the podium for a second time for 1st Place Cooks Choice and 8th place in Dessert, way to go team..... What a way to finish off the 2011 season

Wow... Another 1st place call to an international world podium...


It was great to have the extended team up on stage looking out towards the thousands of BBQ fans in Memphis at this classic World Championship. The bucket list is getting scratched off pretty fast with this win.

Three Time National Chili Champion
I'm not sure how... But the Big Dog scores again for the third time at the 2011 Zantac Chili Challenge. Nice to be crowned the Canadian Chili King, I call it...
